General FAQ

Our hats are one size fits all with an adjustable snapback closure.

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please email us immediately at Info@Summitcreekhats.com.Once orders move into shipping we may not be able to make changes to the order.

Please check with your bank. The most common reason a payment is declined is because the billing address does not match what is on file with your bank. Shipping address’ and billing address’ CAN be different.

Shipping FAQ

We ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation message when your order is placed, and another confirmation once it is shipped including tracking numbers.

Most of our orders will arrive at your door within 5-7 business days of shipping date.

We use the United State Postal Service, and UPS. To keep shipping rates down, we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.

Currently, we ship only within the continental United States.
